I have imported complete rifles twice from the US. not hard, you just need patience and is it expensive nut if you are after something special it is worth it.
All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

+1 Just time, money & correct process, easy as

I also feel it is only really worth it for something special/different.

Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts

I got my 338 DCM (338/408imp) yesterday along with the dies back from the States

So I thought I should get it assembled & brass formed etc today & take it for a blast to see how she will go.

Initial testing is very positive, I have only fired 15 shots so far with three different powders, it looks like it will be happy pushing 300 Bergers at around 3475 to 3500 fps

If I can find somewhere to shoot it further than 100, I will do some more testing tomorrow.

    T3 Terminator Muzzle brake.
    35" Lija 1-10 barrel.
    Barnard P-Chey action.
    XLR HD Evolution stock.
    NF NSX 5.5-22x56 Scope.
