It wasn't to bad but a trip to the stock doc via ,a tidy up and reblue by Nelson Collie and Tuiman for a Vulcan barrel chambered in my own .22 zero had it looking like this

The .22 zero is a nice mild .22 cal based on the .222 rem .As you can see Iv pushed the shoulder forward by .000, improved the case by reducing the taper by .000 at the shoulder and necked it to take the .224 projectiles. The before along with the after loaded with a 55gr gameking with an unknown bc which will be sent at an unknown velocity.

I see you have lengthened the neck .000 as well. I reckon this calibre will take off in a big way and ammo will be on the shelves in no time

How are my scope caps coming along shifty?

No..... pay attention, I actually shortened the neck by .000. Yes you can use factory ammo which is a big plus along with dies and quality brass being no problem. The parent case also has some genuine bench rest heritage.
Ill check on the caps in the morn.

Some credit has to go to Abe for the design, we had been kicking it around for a good 10-15 seconds.
