Got one on my custom 7RM. Finish is perfect and I like the fact that it was made for my barrelled action. Not the lightest carbon stocks, but very nice indeed.

Can’t remember exactly. Somewhere around 700g for the tactical version with a 14.25 LOP.

That's pretty damn light for a vertical fore grip A3/A5 style tactical stock, the McMillan would weigh more and require bedding on top. One of my Hi Tec stocks was bang on 500gm, and the other two with the alloy bedding blocks were about 560 which is pretty bloody light as far as carbon stocks go, and you also have a fully enclosed barrel channel unlike Mcmillan, Southfort etc which are all just an open shell and still weigh more

Yep, I’m very happy with it all round. As you say, my A3 McMillan is significantly heavier.
I had mine bedded from the off as it’s a full custom build and I wanted it to be as accurate as possible from the start. I normally bed my own rifles, but Kiwi Greg did this one for me and did a very nice job.
Shoots .5 MOA 5 shot groups and recoil is contained very well with the stock geometry and a T2 brake.

A mate has a Southfort and that’s very nice too. It’s a sporter so is lighter than mine and the unfinished barrel channel really wouldn’t be an issue for me. It would be easy to seal it with epoxy or similar if it really bothered anyone.

    Cheers

I think you need to review your twist rate - bullet has clearly tumbled ………..
