    The zeiss seems to have a really short tube which puts the bell right over the Knox chamber part of the barrel
    I'm thinking the unmarked steel rings I have are extra low, they worked fine with a leupold vx1 3-9x40
    That 42mm objective and short tube is the thing

    Anyway how low are low optilocks?
