By definition it's not a magazine - but that does mean that virtually every Cadets unit now needs to replace at least one cadet's trophy and every aviation museum is now holding prohibited items along with another hurdle for every RSA etc etc. Just thinking about that in my head, the numbers of places that have those and the numbers of people that have a length of linked dummy 5.56 or 7.62 is absolutely huge. The amount of data needed to be added to the registry, or people paid out and made to surrender their decorations - not actually sure how that will work as to the best of my knowledge linked/dummy belts were getting sold off out of the army surplus type shops as 'no licence reqd'...
