    Nice work there and a great reason to recondition that old girl. As young fellas shooting remingtons we always used to give the guys with 600's a hard time,
    "plastic!! " guns with bent bolts !! And 9 locking lugs ? who needs 9 locking lugs.

    Never saw one with the rail on it though, and usually in 308 or 243, Would love one in .222

    I hope you get to cherish this one and pass it down another generation.
