Thread: Sako 75 scope mounting options

I am very disappointed with Sako 75 & 85 mounting options. One piece Sako optic lock $350( stainless), only suit the small objects scope.
For the bigger objects scope, Sako optilock two pieces stainless base and ring $609.99, way too expensive.
put a rail on it? no many options again $299 plus it’s not strong enough for the heavy scope and high recoil caliber, the scope and rail fall from the rifle and hit the shooter on the face! Hawkins and Nightforce rings are my favorites.
