About LinkBacksMy old Zeiss rangefinder with soft panels went sticky. Never exposed to any chemical. Just an age thing I thought. I just went, well here goes nothing, and cleaned it with meths. Took quite a bit of cleaning but it's no longer sticky and the soft panels don't appear damaged/haven't changed colour.
