Nope. I have an ELCAN Spectre OS4 on my AR Carbine and it's great. So you just go ahead and get that DR. My OS4 was cheaper than a locally acquired ACOG. Landed incl GST and Duty for just over NZ$1700 in March last year from Alex Roy at Eurooptic.com.
