I thought about removing the trigger itsrlf and havingva gonat polishing the sear but dunno if that will gain much ?
Yep the HACT trigger requires disassembly to get at the spring and the sear if you are going that way
Unless you know what you are doing when it comes to polishing sears I'd leave that to an expert
1 Gnats hair of wrong angle and you might as well buy the timney now

My other great fear was ballsing it all up for no gain

I have had a bit more of a play with it and adjusted it right to the point where the saftey wouldn't engage, then bought it back in till it would.
Seems a little better, will know when I put some rounds through it.
Checked saftey and cocking, it passes the bump test and pulling on trigger with saftey on. So all good in that department
