    They are available for the older single screw triggers. I’d be doing that before cutting springs as once its cut, its cut and I know of one rifle (older Howa) were the owner didn’t want to spend $15 and ballsed it up and ended up spending $15 anyway. There are some other polishing tricks you can do.

    Thanks Flyblown I now have a spare trigger so it's worth a shot, if I balls it up I can order a replacement
