Thread: What LED Flashlight and mount is is best for night shooting ?

I am looking at purchasing an LED flashlight & mount to fit on my Ruger 10/22 for shooting rabbits at night. I have a Magpul X22 stock on the 10/22, and was hoping to find an M Lok fitting to fit the light to the side of the stock, but no one seems to have this fitting in NZ, I also seen mounts that fit the light to the scope, and a bewildering array of different brands of lights.
Any one have any experience with LED Lenser P7.2, Sure Fire, Nitecore, Fenix, ultrafire, trustfire or others, I need suggestions on what to buy, that is reliable, not too heavy, and gives a good light with reasonable battery life.
