    Two finger typer lols,na my old acer lap top has a tied battery and only last so long,so not much time for spell check with my big clumsy fingers.Any how just weighed one of 2 back legs befor deboning,13kgs(no skin),and got just over 12kgs of packed meat off it.Back steaks around 2.8 kgs each.No more super market meat for a while,nice.

    Nice. Btw, do you guys eat their liver. heart and kidney, or other organs? I only tasted liver once, but it was over cooked.
