    99% of tourists have a phone or camera on them with quick access to it to take photos.Give me 10 seconds,I could get my phone out of my inside jacket top pocket and take a photo.Il beleave there's moose when there's a 2025 photo.

    -seems interesting thats its Canadians seeing this these mooseys -- now they will be familiar with a moose and likely elk but are they familiar with red deer - no likely not - so how about they saw a red stag in poor light wet muddy they would look a very dark colour and big just sayin

    My thoughts as well. When they talk deer they are thinking light colored Whitetail or Mule deer. A dirty old spiker or rutty stag would look more to them a moose than a deer.

    I dunno, our deer look more like elk than moose. Show a snow mexican a photo of a deer and they automatically think elk/wapiti from what the wife's relatives have said. They usually know moose, and they can tell what isn't one that's for sure.
