Thread: Jump starter pack recommendation

I have a powerall 16000mAh lithium one supposed to start a 7L petrol or 5L diesel. I haven't had great success with it. It seems to only work on diesels if there is still some life in the battery. if it is dead flat it will not start a 3L Diesel. I took the first one back and got it replaced and the 2nd is not any better. I now keep it in the boat. I then bought a lead acid one from super-cheap auto it was cheaper and bigger and heavier but it seems to do a better job. My only gripe is the clamps are poorly crimped onto the cables. If I was to buy another I'd be looking for a good quality lead-acid one.
