    Tohatsu m40d2 throttle cable adjustment

    I've recently had to remove the tiller arm from my 2021 tohatsu m40d2 outboard. In doing so I had to take the throttle cables off. I'm really struggling to get them back tensioned up and functioning correctly.

    Does anyone have a go to solution? I have not mint
    Moved any of the factory set throttle stops on the engine.
    Was BINGO the name of the farmer or the dog?
