I also have an EE 20F Revelation (800 down) with drawstring footbox weighing 600 grams
The baffle height is 60mm (2.5") as I recall
I have used it with a women's neoair at -6oC wearing one layer of microfleece, a beanie and light puffer
The reason for the womens model is because its smaller but has a higher R value
My impression is that the temp rating of this EE quilt is reasonably accurate
The problem is that the slightest gap opening up along the edge brings in freezing air and I wake up
For this reason I tend to switch to a full sleeping bag, well actually a zipperless Sierra Designs hybrid job, for low single digits or below
My 2c
Yeh it seems the pad attachment is pretty key hence why the Nunatak and Katabatic or probably my first choice as they have the best design to stop draughts. That and making sure its wide enough.
