Since I had to take heart medication the white fingers and toes has become a thing of the past...nothing like a shot of Nitrolingual spray under the tongue on a frosty morning to beat the cold...freezer gloves with leather outer and thermal inner, do away with the leather, and the thermal inner even when wet will stay somewhat warm.
