I have used a members Swaros on several hunts over the last 18 months and I'd have to say I'm not impressed with them.
The glass is fantastic no doubt about it but the rest is a bit shit for $4k.

His have been back to Swarovski at least twice for not being able to range over 1k in any conditions and the last time they came back one of the hinge covers fell of in the field, it had just been superglued on. Not ideal for something that you are paying a serious premium for.

That was the advice I got from the Swarvoski agent here too when I asked for a replacement rubber eye piece thing - Just superglue it on. A bit shit for expensive kit as you say...

It's pissing down rain here in Twizel at the moment... Ranged trees at 1,326m several times. My previous HD geovids would have struggled to range 1/2 that distance in these conditions

If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more

You might need a bigger scope with external elevation adjustment in the mount

I have external elevation adjustment! there's none internally at all. And hilariously optimistic BDC reticle markings.

Trust you to be looking at sheep!

How did you find the display in the Zeiss? I had a real problem with it the other day.
