Thread: Rifle Slings

Interested in this thread as I DIY'ed a Z-Aim like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFg7z3CGN1c after seeing comments about them in another thread on here. Works awesome without backpack, can do anything and it never slips off shoulder.
But with big backpack it slips off shoulder so is not much better than standard sling. Frustrating!

I have a Z aim and find it great without a pack, but as stated its a real pain with a decent sized pack,
Best scabbed pack i have seen is a Vorn 20ltr pack, really quick release of the rifle when needed,

I'm using a DIY Z-Aim with a rubber sling and it stays on shoulder, even with a big pack. I thought the rubber sling was going to be the solution on it's own, it wasn't. Sorted with the "Z-Aim". Can you tell I really don't like rifle slipping off my shoulder?
