and that is a seriously good photographthe ?Damascus??? blade underneath reminds me of hydrographs ..cant for life of me think which movie starts with scene out of focus in tan colour...just like pattern on that blade. trick of light but those two blades almost look to be joined just up from hilt...a thing of beauty.

from top 1) me old mercator old as lost count of deer that has gutted and cut up 2) old svord was my go to knife in eighties - gave to son -he lost it -missing for over 10 years- ex wife passed away and daughter found it in her gardening gear - reunited last year -needs a good sharpen 3) Jim Wheeler knife been on my belt for years great little camp knife maire handle 4) Damascus chefs knife by Tanaka San Matsubara blades Omura Japan -my daughter was in Omura teaching english for 4 years and got it for me -traditional magnolia and water buffalo handle 5) hunting knife by Tanaka San Matsubara blades one off hand made- scary sharp

I am looking for a Leatherman 'Supertool' or something similar for my son.
He likes mine and i reckon it would be a sweet xmas pressy for him.

Just checking if any of you lot have one sitting around that you might part with?

Here is a shot of the progression of Jack, there are a few missing as hunters have them that were my testers and today a hunter dropped in to get me to sharpen his (still covered in Blood)which he has had several years now and it’s done a lot of deer and pigs, the evolution is from bottom up to the new version at the top. What I love about this is the knife has a story and history regarding the design, steel choice and development based in NZ and born on a shitty evening in a hut.

yes they have all been used some more than others but used all the same the camo pocket knife is the newest addition and had the least amount of use

I just worked out who you are. Nice collection, any real favorites out of that lot?

I quite like the shape/look of the bone handled one, is a commercial or custom?
