    Hi mate it a gralloch /skinning knife, blade is 14c28n, length of blade 10cm, 3mm wide 25mm Scandi grind, handle is red popular , double dyed.
    Moon hunt I have to agree, but theses knives were designed for work, stick a bit of plain cedar on the handle and it still cuts the same.

    A2. I reckon its a nice compromise for holding its edge for one deer and not having to be an expert at sharpening harder steels.
