I'm not sure, it is stamped with FR but not Svord. I have a svord stamped one as well. The shape is almost identical but this one is clearly a weathered blade.
I couldn't help myself when I saw the marks on the spine of the knife and the absence of a svord stamp.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...fa4d0905aa.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...92a3519daa.jpg

Here’s a big shout out to @terryf of Knives4Afrika - purchased a Paul Roodt hunter drop point today. Attachment 90048Superb quality and craftsmanship. Terry was super helpful and provided top service. Photos don’t do the knife justice it deserves.

So glad you like it @chainsaw - was a pleasure meeting you
No worries. Judging by the pinstripe Damascus I would guess it was made in the 90's just before Owen left SA. Owen really pioneered this pinstripe Damascus with Ettore Gianferrari from Cape Town. If you want an approximate year I can ask Ettore?
You have a nice collection of classic SA cutlery there!:)
