    Thank you @hotsoup. Most useful, and well written.

    I have been hanging out for the 'full zip' version of the Rifleman which was apparently imminent late last year. Like some others on here I struggle with overheating (probably caused by overeating!) and I have 1.5 munted shoulders....so not much of a contortionist and strongly prefer clothing that opens fully. I figure from what you have found with the currently available version it will serve me well.

    Gotcha. I can understand how a full length zipper version would be preferred, fingers crossed they come out with another model.

    They definitely don't manage odor as well as merino, but are still pretty good, and are waayyyy harder wearing
