    I use what Kiwi sapper posted. Have done for years for jetboat or fly-in trips.
    Get or make a good hotplate and a decent fry pan with some billys and you can pretty much cater for anything.
    2.5 KG bottle has heaps left in it after a week in the hills cooking for 3 or 4 people even at high elevation.

    The feet that come with them are shit so fit some long post bolts at the corners and you're away laughin. We even cooked a large meal inside the tent with a floor last week while it was pissing down. Floor didnt even get warm.
