a pair of pliers works very well on woundies with less mess...just grip and squash neck.... and garden secateurs (like Mrs uses on roses) work great on wing n leg bones too.

Cheers bro, it can be a bit "messy' especially on Canadas, they are a Hua to finish off on a kayak.....will give that a go next year
