Thanks @gadgetman that seems to have worked. My McAfee virus is about to run out, what one do you recommend?

Most virus scanners are a piece of crap that slow down your computer and McAfee would be near the top of the list of crap ones. Just use a modern up to date browser (i.e. not IE) and use the anti virus that comes with Windows - Windows Defender.

If you do want to run a third party one AVG Free is as good as the paid ones.
