What caliber are you using for the 15inch lb? As mine shifter under the 7mm saum @ 17inch lb. Nightforce nx8 + nightforce rings.

Just had a look and seems 25 inch pounds is the standard for ring cap screws on nf rings.
I certainly have never had any move.
When I am torquing them down make sure t keep going till there is no movement on the bit.
With my own rifles I always re check after the first zeroing session to make sure.

    Very nice work, @Larskramer !

My gun is 7mm08 w 140gr bullets and all up pretty much 4kg.
It holds zero but certainly doesn't shoot like those groups of yours.

I thought these were OK (screws finger tight only), but perhaps some attention to torque could be worth while.
This is at 100m with 1cm grid.

I also had a big ladder test to go through, my first ladder was groups of 3 looking for speed I was after ( anywhere close to 3000fps) and then SD spread in each group, hailed 64.2g with average 8fps spread. Then the seating depths were 0 jump, 5thou jump, 10thou jump, 20 and 30 with a 10 thou neck tension, then another repeat of jumps with a 20thou neck tension. Safe today she's a shooter!

Ahhh the good ol annual Wgtn Conservancy FS/DOC range shoot with aftermatch hangi/pissup in the name of 'team building'.All the hunting crews rock up to try to retain your professional reputation amoungst all the other guns.Reef off a heap of tax payers' trebly down range in the quest for the trophy. Most years had my eye in so didn't disgrace myself.Good memories
