Damn you even do the presentation thing when serving food to yourself Angus. Looks appetising. Far better than my "slap it on the plate because it isn't going to last long" approach

To me a pattie is made of meat (e.g. Beef pattie) and a fritter has a wet flour mix as its base (like the cockle fritters I suggested you do a few weeks back). Other than that puckered if I know. @Angus can you help us with a chef's input? Originally Posted by veitnamcam
