    Joint rabbit. Criss-cross skin with cuts. Brown the rabbit. Sautee some onions and garlic. Tip in two tins of chopped tomato. One tin of whole kernel corn and liquid. Add herbs and spices to taste. Leave on low simmer for a couple of hours.

    Pretty easy.
