Thread: Sausage making newbie

the manual ones like granny used to have still work really well...we bought our last electric one from Kmart.....we have killed 3-4 of them of different types and prices over the last 20 years..... biggest advantage is making mince..... we did the sausage thing ourselves for years..now have decided its easier to just poke bucket of meat..need over 10kgs ....to the butcher and get the final product back packaged up...savalouys are awesome..not mushy wet cardboard like store bought..and real sausages cant be beaten...
