    Thanks, $350 for the lot. I had to dismantle it all myself but it was easy enough to do. Sam at Cerakote NZ was great to deal with, we coated everything down to the scope ring screws.

    I think that vx1 looks perfect on it, not out or proportion at all.and realistically is all the scope you need

    Well that stuff lasted 35 years of abuse didnt it! My devcon is not the tidiest job but it works!

    yeah it sure did...and thats my point re hot glue gun bedding...it can and does work just as well as the factory stuff LOL.
