    Take zero advice from police about law. Especially firearms law.
    They are not lawyers.

    The only advice I will take seriously is from COLFO or SSANZ or a lawyer who specialises in firearms law.
    Even this forum, while some of us seem to have it understood pretty well, there is a lot if incorrect advice here regarding firearms law.
