some calming drops...efficiency still in debate, but a semi stoned dog at heel is better than a hyped up one.
she can have the same antihistimine..... no stapler as of yet...but maybe good idea for me too.bandages and sticky plasters are fine for tiny cut,but not much use for a decent gash.

calming drops!?, I have never considered the 'mindset' medication for the dog.

I have some basic pain relief but that's it outside of my external treatment (tape, sterile pads, clotting gauze)

Rescue Remedy that you give to kids for toothache and tantrums etc work great on dogs, only takes a drop or 2 on the tongue. Staplers are good, but I dont carry one unless there is 2 or 3 dogs and we're chasing pork.

Imagine a pig hunter is going to need to carry a more comprehensive wound treatment med kit, compared to a deer indicating dog.

Carry anti-hestimine tablets, have come in real handy when we both walked through a wasp nest. Worked almost immediately. For wound treatment carry the usual pain treatments, celox, israeli bandage, plaster tape and super glue in those small tubes. Try to remember to check the pup's feet each night.

Normal kit plus antihistamine for stinging nettle and wasp. Also emetic if near any poisoned area. (Washing soda)
