More elevation correction available on 30mm as mentioned and usually heavier too. Sometimes a larger/wider eyebox view as well with 30mm. No advantage over a 1" for light gathering.

That's just the price of the scope, new. I don't own one either or a Sako Deluxe it was just a suggestion for a nice scope that would go with that rifle. I obviously didn't make that very clear; my...

A Sako 85 Deluxe in the calibre you desire with Optilock ringmounts. Not the Optilock base/ring combo. Kahles Helia 3 3-9x42 4A L/7mm Click/PU $1,990

ChrisW liked post by 10-Ring On thread : White latte drinker wants new rifle - Sauer or Tikka?
There are plenty of rifles of different brands that have the 6.5 Creedmoor in 20" and 22" barrels. As ChrisW said the velocity loss from 24" to 22" is only about 50 fps which is neither here nor...

No, but I'd like to give it a burn in my 6.5 Creedmoor. Will do so with a variety of bullets in the next couple of weeks and check it for accuracy and also velocity with the Labradar .
