I was lucky and a sympathetic local shop allowed me to get the ammo sent directly to them so didn't need the paperwork . And then refused the dozen beer I offered them for being such good buggers !!

I always rotate my brass half way when starting to seat projectiles..eg start them seating,then spin them by hand and finish seating..... fellas much cleaverer than me have poohooed it,then tried it...
