    It's straight forward to set up yourself. Warning, the way I do it is rough but works for me. Free advise is worth what you paid for it etc. If you're planning on long range work get better...

    Give it a go mate. Worst case is you forget to tighten something up and wonder why the rifle won't group for shit. Try to avoid that... It's embarrassing.

    Excuse my ignorance... I have just recently mounted a scope for the first time... but how does a professional set your sight-line/eye relief? Would you not be the most qualified person in the world...

    3.1 eye relief is only a problem if you are shooting something with a big recoil... I got 3.3 inches on a 300 nm... made a light contact once today.

    I picked up one of them for $350 2nd hand...good scope it is too. for my normal 0-300 yard type shooting I cant see need for higher spec glass wear...
