Hi, The rear bush should have 0.05mm clearance, 0.1mm is fine. To confirm its not touching the barrel, firmly screw the suppressor onto the barrel, then unscrew the rear bush, if you feel the bush...

To be fair, I dug the 024 stuff out of my fathers shed. I always have the 046 and 881 with me, then add a husky 550 or shindaiwa 362 when required. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

One of the coolest "chainsaw things" I've seen . . . . Paul Wilson (or was it Adams) of Jacob's River, South Westland . . . A heck of a good bushman/businessman, and one of the largest girthed blokes...

I think this is one of those it depends who you ask questions. The guys at my local gun store reckon there needs to be clearance but you want it to be minimal, so you don't get scrub etc down...

Yes. Exactly the reason I have never thought you need premium or bonded bullets for 6.5 caliber. They penetrate so well anyway 'cos of their high SD.

Yes, I certainly noticed an increase in recoil. Just adds to the fun of course. Entirely tolerable in a rifle that weighs 5.1kg. 217677

8208 is as good as it gets in the Grendel for accuracy and the speed you have. CFE223 is what I started with and moved to 8208 on recommendation, best choice as its not a hotrod round and be happy.
