Previous owner fitted a Hawkers Snorkel to my Prado and mucked it up. It is sitting about 100-120mm high. So snorkel hat is sitting above the roof line and catches tree branches all the time. I have...

A .22LR isn't a humane killer for a goat sized animal. The margin of error is huge and things can turn ugly really fast.

The velocitors loose speed rapidly, they aren't that accurate in some rifles. Personally I wouldn't think about it unless it had proved accurate. I have several semi 22s and none of them shoot it as...

Hollow points, no question. If you do a bit of googling there’s a guy who has captured the terminal performance of different .22LR ammo, using a clay like substance to show how the wound cavities...

I've been using a Simmons 3-9x on my 10/22 and have been very impressed with it. Good bang for buck. Never lost zero and accurate clicks. Cheers :)

For a pressure point use a piece of tyre tube and starting at the tip of the fore end slide it back while shooting groups to see if there is a sweet spot. My Syn stocked full over barrel suppressor...

You could try a second hand weaver classic. Just put a 4-16 x 42 (or 44?) on a 17 hmr and it’s not bad. Not swaro clear but good enough for a rimfire. Bought it for $300 in mint condition.

Out of those 3 choises - Marlin My 925 is a tack driver. Norinco next very overlooked wee shooter. CZ do a 22 that would be hard to go past imho as well. Remmy are crap fullstop regardless....

Hey mate some interesting options there. Ya mention professionally so I’m guessing you’ll be shooting for pet food. If that’s the case I’d hands down go Marlin, I’d avoid the mossberg and...

The best value I have found for the 4-12 scopes is Nikko Stirling Airking 4-12. They used to retail a little over $200 and are a very good scope. I use one on my go to 22LR. They also do a slightly...
