Round 2... 25.6gn Benchmark 2 Skipped the control group with virgin brass, as the first round showed very little difference between new and fireformed (all else being equal)... Plus I was feeling...

Yep, everything's pretty similar. With those Nosler bullets being quite long, seating them out to 2.350" actually gets them pretty close to the rifling. I am going to try the nylon brush as per...

There's an old doco on YT called deadly weapons, firearms and firepower. Towards the end of part 3 here (https://youtu.be/QlTSS-WFpkg) he does some brush testing and everything fairs pretty similarly.

I'm getting 2930 with 147's in a 25.5" barrel. Super mild load of AR2217 (to hopefully extend the barrel life) and a CCI 250. Plenty of room to push harder. Have tried Re26 and there's a nice load...

The crosshair on the Nikon currently mounted to my 223 is quite thick and pretty much obscures those dots. I used the BDC to aim at the dots below, so blowing out the aiming point was not an issue....

There's also a slow mo guys video where a D20 artillery gun gets significantly deflected by a watermelon (https://youtu.be/xpJ8EoGmLuE).

I will post up the numbers so we can all see how much of a difference it does or doesn't make. But let's not assume I haven't already done it for my testing so far.

My "heavy hitting" 223 load is sweet as. TMK's over AR2206H with Lapua brass and Federal primers goes great and I get an ES of about 20 past a labradar and it really lets me stretch the 223 out. I've...

How far do you shoot? It's good to anchor goats to avoid the death screams. I found my 1:12 really started struggling to do that past 200m because the light bullets are really slowing down. 1:8...
