A friend gets pressure early with 2213sc in his Tikka at around 2850. 2217 gets him 3000 no problem at all.

I've not shot anything lighter than 180's mate. But I'd probably pick something like the 178 ELD-X rather than have two loads.

Putting a drop of hot glue into the seating stem and then squidging a bullet in there to mold it to the shape of the bullet. Spreads the seating force and stops the bullet deforming so easily.
