Yep. You eill be able to shoot off yr pack or bipod and yr normal hunting scope. Deer target will be scored only on vital area hits. Essentially a great day out for hunters to sort themselves out...

All good with my oxy-acetylene gas setup. I also have a metal working lathe for the crown and threads. It'll be fine (once I settle the legal aspect :) )

Only comment I can add, I always used W760 powder & a magnum primer for the 7x57 with excellent results. 760 is a very dense ball powder, so the mag primer was a good option for ignition. From memory...
