The fat was a very bright yellow - like a yellow post-it note nearly. The yellow tinge to all of the meat was the thing that really threw me.
I ended up throwing it...

So shot a few rabbits tonight.
One had yellow fat instead of white, and a pale yellow tinge to all of the meat.

Anyone have any ideas what causes this? Google didn't offer many answers...
