Hey mate. I picked up one of these for $70 from GC. Haven’t fed many rounds through it, only about 100 but haven’t had a single issue as of yet. Seems to work perfect. Sorry it’s only a 5 shot. I...

Thanks mate I have taken that into consideration. When I get a chance I’ll go in store and have a looksy. Have also sent you a pm. Cheers
Thanks. I see Delta Mike based in Invercargill has them for $269 at the moment. I will purchase it soon and then hopefully get it on in the next month or so and report back in this thread!
Yeah sounds like you’re right there. I’m not expecting too much as I’m still paying for a budget scope. I’ll be glad if it’s anything better than the one I’ve got. I will be buying new, guess it’s...
Thanks for the reply. Good to hear from someone that has put it to the test. Struggled to find much online about them at all. Given that people here are all saying NS sell decent cheap scopes I will...
Hah! You're onto it there mate... people seem to get pretty carried away with scopes. I'm simply looking for a wee upgrade from my ancient basic scope
Thinking of finally updating my 4x32 old vistascope on my .22. Has anyone bought a Panamax precision 4-12x40 and what are they like for rimfire or centrefire? I like the idea of the exposed turrets...
Cheers fellas. I’m going to pull the pin and just get a new CZ magazine. Hell of a lot easier
Had my JW15A for 15 years and was second hand when I got it. Been a great cheap rifle and shoots well. Although, it has had feeding issues from the day I got it. It can really ruin a shoot when I’m...
This is my boy Leo. Trying to get him trained up so hopefully one day he can accompany me without trying to chase after everything on his own ...
I agree with Bobba. I’ve got a couple sportdog collars and they work great. Have been very sturdy and good in water as well. Large dog reacts very well even to the lowest setting
Welcome Antony.

What are the noticeable differences about the cheaper ones? I saw a couple spika ones on sale at the moment. Do notches make a huge difference?
Bloody fantastic. Sounds like Bella is a natural and you have made a great lifelong partner
That sounds bloody ideal standing on the tailgate and using the canopy. I hadn’t thought of that myself. I don’t do any night shooting as of yet, only a casual shooter. Like you said it sounds like...
Cheers. I will give the sock with sand trick a go. I have access to a shooting stick so I will also try that and see if I like that better. You’re right there, I probably need to improve my shooting...
I’ve been tossing up the idea of buying a cheap 6-9” bipod attaching to the front sling mount. Thought it may help have more success shooting larger distances. Do many of you use a bipod for rabbit...
New Weber q bbq if you are due for an update. Otherwise ammo or anything you fancy on good specials
That’s true. They can be wired to the high beam switch provided they do not come under the classification of a work light. My understanding is that they then must have approved safety standard and a...
Ran a few searches through google and always came up in the top of the searches with multiple threads
Land Cruiser or if you like the look of a Fortuner they are just a hilux with an SUV body, same engine and a bit more luxury. In terms of the DPF issues there is a recall to get them replaced free of...
Like others have said if you fit an LED upgrade kit you’ll have to swap them out every time you go for a WOF. You could try and get better bulbs and if doing lots of night driving then getting some...
Cheers I’ll make sure to keep using hollow points. Good to know CCI have sorted the problem
