If you want to see fun pistol action in Christchurch, the Cowboy Action Shooting Nationals are on from tomorrow. On macleans island rd.
Same question, what price? Would donor sportier reduce cost?
But Cowboy action is where the real fun is.
Unfortunately that beretta action is now illegal in NZ. But cowboys run SXS fast https://youtu.be/iN8YzuHY5Yk
That will be a sight to see.
Welcome, Do we see you at the Pistol Club in Alex?
It was amazing, used Tanfoglio Witness 1911 .45, mix of magazines (i only had 3 x 8 rounders, rest were wild bunch 7 round mags).
New PMC Bronze ammo from Delta Mike (Friday afternoon pickup and a...
That was a fun shoot. I was pleased to finish with "Not last" especially after all of the mag changes in the 1911...
Yep, Making short term transition from Cowboy to IPSC so that I can run the 1911 hard.
Alex would probably be your best shot. I was there a few weeks ago for a winter cowboy shoot. If you message me I can get one of them to contact you.
Otherwise Misty Valley club (Dunedin/ Waitati).
I've just been reading up on 777 in .50 muzzle loader (just picked the gun up, waiting for rest of accoutrements) and see that they recommend 209 shotgun primer. Maybe helpful.
Yep, but only for saturday night. Otherwise working hard on B western (justifies staying with .38/.357)
But the CAS Nationals were just held last weekend, what else could be important? (and a really good event it was!)
Welcome aboard Arsenal.
Thanks. CZ looking much better all the time.
They had some other similar pistols, but this is on the current IPSC production list.
IPSC :: Production Division List
Would be production (could be issue with porting on this model).
I saw these at the Gun Expo and after finding I can't shoot straight with a Glock (but can with a CZ) realise that I need my own pistol (license in a few weeks.....).
This looked cool but ideas/...
Okay, now i'm interested.
I think that I have just learnt more about .22 pistols in this post than in the past 12 months.
Thanks all. See you one the range.
Scouter.
I'm starting IPSC pistol shooting in Christchurch (and looking at cowboy action shooting as well.
These forums seem to have some good info and banter.
Learning plenty already.
Great video. Makes more sense now.
Did you manage to sell? I'm at CPC at looking to purchase gear soon.
