Thread: .308 LE Wilson seating die for 7-08.

Hi all. LE Wilson doesn’t seem to sell any of the micrometer seating dies for 7-08 so I’m wondering if getting a .308 one will still work ok? I guess the neck won’t be supported which might cause issues. Not a comp rifle so not stressing too much I just use the arbor press for a couple other rifles so want to do the same with this, although unnecessary.

I seat my .223 with my 6 creed die of that’s of any help to your question the micro meter might not work that well because it won’t be touching the ogive and will be less accurate of the tip . My guess anyhow
