    softer bino eyecups

I recently upgraded to a set of Ziess SFL Bino's. After 4 days in the hills glassing bush edges for a Stag I never found, I noticed around my eyes to be very tender and bruised.

The eye cups on these bino's are rock solid, does anyone know of softer replacements that might fit or even something that will fit over the outside of the originals to give a slightly softer surface.
This post makes me sound pretty soft, I know.

    Thanks

Thin piece of self adhesive foam tape? Wouldn't take much...

Get a couple of pieces of smaller diameter bike tube, cut to double the length required, fit to eyepiece and then double it over on top of itself and back down on to the eyepiece. Leaves a nice soft rolled edge and you can make it longer or shorter as required to suit your eyes. Can even be fitted over the original rubber if youre careful about it.
