Father and Father-inlaw have asked if i'll give him the chop. I plan on keeping him whole, is this a good idea or not? It'd be nice to possibly get a pup out of him if he proves to be a great dog.
I let my pointer have his until 3ish, chopping the nuts made him more bidable and gain a little weight. The longer you leave it the longer the saggy bag left behind when you decide to do it

Last night a few moths were flying around a light making some noise. He showed a good medium eyed stalk and then locked up on them as he got close, 1 front paw up then another step and locked up again on the other front paw.
Today was his 1st time on a long line. He was excited but got grumpy with the long line. Felt like he had freedom but I was quick to take it away from him. He was quick to learn though and knew exactly what i wanted. I have been finding it hard to put in work with him with my kids around. As expected though, both the kids and pup are excited and easily distracted.

Bloody hell this dog is impressing me with just how smart and fast learning he is.
Awesome looking pup there you can just tell he's smart too. Keep us updated on his progress.

Followed me round spraying for a few hours this arvo, helped round up some naughty calves that went bush, got distracted and started tracking deer trails, jumped in every water trough we came across and went for a proper swim in the pomahaka at the end of the day, its a dogs life. Too tired for the tennis ball this evening. Heat really takes it out of them, look after your wee buddies

The eyes have it, motion passed
In the few pics I've seen of Bo, he looks like quite a contemplative type of woofer.

The old fulla Jed has got a sore leg. He hurt it chasing a ball a week or so back. I've been walking Bea on her own and keeping him at home but for the sake of his mental health I've taken him out the last couple of days. His leg is still sore but he's a shitload happier.

My boy’s hunt away Maui, he’s two and almost looks at you at eye level, bloody massive. Biggest smoocher ever though, would lick you to death if you let him

Taking a break from nighttime weasel hunting in the middle of cyclones. Note big red pillow where the buggers are supposed to be... Dad's chair is always better, eh.
