It would almost be rude not to try Jack OConnor's often quoted load of 60 grains of 4831 behind the 130 grain projectile even if it was just on paper. Jack worked up this load just after WW2 using surplus 4831 powder. H4831 is still sold in the US but is manufactered in Oz as AR2213SC and Hodgdon still lists the 60 grain load with the 130 grain 75 years after Jack developed it.
