My favorite bit is where he repeatably references the dunning Kruger curve......

Ive been known to use it. Usually in discussion of being stuck in the valley of despair.

@gimp Well Dennis does have nice penmanship and more patience than me

In regards to the 6.5 CM he needs to man up and shove some more powder in that case

223 using 2208, with 60gn vmax he’s dreaming from the start

    Thanks for the entertaining read
Shut up, get out & start pushing!

A ballistics comedy routine. Who knew such a thing could be done. Well done Gimp.

(Myself I compress the shit out of Varget in the .223 and do quite well with it; your reply to this should be - "Do you? Do you really?")

"Practice makes perminant" my old maths teacher once said. Not always "perfect". I would say that most youtubers just regurgitate the dogma they obsorbed/read.
I agree it's nice that he's out there enjoying himself but yeah, mindlessly repeating this senseless illogical stuff just perpetuates it. Like the barrel break in myth, and spotlessly scrubbing out a hunting gun each trip. Will it ever stop?

60 GRN VMAX at 2600.....sounds like my 16" trebly...but they are Hornady sp not VMAX. Wonder if the VMAX would stabilise in a 1:14?

I think this individual gets closer to seeing the light so to speak, or at least runs a test with a better sample size and compares his "antinode" to his best "node". Start at 15min to avoid preamble.

All things aside Dennis isn't a bad shot, every shot is a dead dear however he probably could have acheived a hunting load in 6 shots.
    When hunting think safety first
